Do you pick us up at our hotel in San Pedro?
No. You make your own way to the San Pedro water taxi terminal and arrange your own ferry tickets. We meet you in Belize City at the water taxi terminal at no extra charge.
How long is the water taxi ride from San Pedro?
The crossing from San Pedro to Belize City takes about 75 minutes. We recommend the 7:00 a.m. departure from San Pedro on either San Pedro Belize Express or Caribbean Sprinter. Check the current schedule with your chosen ferry company before travel.
Are the water taxi tickets included in the tour price?
No. Cave-Tubing.com does not book or assist with water taxi tickets. You choose either San Pedro Belize Express or Caribbean Sprinter and purchase your own round-trip tickets directly. We do not recommend one ferry company over the other.
Can San Pedro guests book a cave tubing combo tour?
Yes, but the longer combo tours need to fit the water taxi schedule for your date. Tell us which activities you want on the reservation form, and we will confirm the workable timing before your tour day.
What should we bring from the island?
Wear water-friendly clothing and secure closed-toe shoes. Bring a towel, change of clothes, sunscreen, insect repellent, personal medication, and a waterproof phone case if you plan to take your phone into the caves.
